Exchanges, refunds and returns policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know. Caring Kiwi Scrubs Limited will consider returns and exchanges if submitted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items need to be in the same condition as you received them, unused, with tags attached and original packaging.
Defective or damaged items: In the rare event that your items are received damaged or defective, please reach out to us via email at info@caringkiwiscrubs.co.nz , advising of the issue with photographs, and we will advise of the next steps
Non-returnable items: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for items on sale, clearance items, or items that have been personalised or custom-made.
Exchanges:
Please email us at info@caringkiwiscrubs.co.nz detailing the reason you would like to exchange your item (e.g. sizing). Please ensure you include your order number and name. We will review your email and reply accordingly, providing instructions on the next steps. Approved exchanges will be issued once the original item has been returned and received; a new item will be sent out within 3-5 business days.
Return and refund process:
Please begin by emailing us at info@caringkiwiscrubs.co.nz , detailing whether you are applying for an exchange or refund and the reasoning. Please ensure you include your order number and name. We will review your email and reply accordingly, providing instructions on the next steps. Items approved for return will be inspected, and you will receive an email advising of whether your request has been accepted or rejected. If a refund is accepted, this will be made back to the original payment method and received within 10 business days (processing times may vary).
Undeliverable items:
If an item/s has been sent back as ‘undeliverable’, we will attempt to reach out to the purchaser in the first instance. If no reply is received, the item will be resent. If the item is then returned, we will issue a refund (excluding the cost of the incurred shipping costs). If a new address is provided and this increases the shipping cost (e.g., from a domestic address to a rural address), the additional cost will be charged to the purchaser.
